Refund policy

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, items returned for change of mind within 14 days can be returned for an exchange or full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Item(s) are purchased through our online store within 14 days of delivery for a full refund by following the requirements below.
• Your item(s) must not have been customised or otherwise modified by you or by OneTen Jewels at your request. This includes special orders and items that have been resized, customised, or otherwise altered.
• Item(s) must be returned in original, unused and unworn condition, free from any damage or sign of wear and with all packaging, paperwork, and certificates that originally accompanied your item(s), ready for re-sale.
