1. What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a premium lab-grown gemstone known for its incredible brilliance, fire, and durability. It looks very similar to a diamond but offers even more sparkle and is much more affordable.
2. Is Moissanite a real gemstone?
Yes. Moissanite is a genuine, lab-created gemstone with its own chemical composition (silicon carbide). It is not fake and is widely used in fine jewellery worldwide.
3. How does Moissanite compare to diamonds?
Brilliance: Moissanite has more sparkle than diamonds.
Durability: 9.25 on the Mohs scale (diamonds are 10).
Price: A fraction of the cost, making it an affordable luxury choice.
4. Will Moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Most Moissanite stones will not pass a standard diamond tester because they conduct heat differently. They may sometimes test as a diamond on electrical testers.
5. What is S925 Sterling Silver?
S925 Sterling Silver is genuine silver made of 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% alloy for strength. It is widely used in fine jewellery for its durability and shine.
6. Does Sterling Silver tarnish?
All real silver can tarnish over time due to exposure to air, water, and humidity. However, it can be easily cleaned, and regular wear actually helps keep it looking bright.
7. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our S925 Sterling Silver is nickel-free and safe for most sensitive skin types.
8. Do your Moissanite stones come with certification?
Yes, stones 0.5ct and above come with a GRA certificate. Smaller stones may not include certificates but are still 100% authentic Moissanite.
9. Can I shower with Sterling Silver or Moissanite jewellery?
Technically yes, but we recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, or using chemicals to maintain shine and longevity.
10. Will my jewellery turn green?
No. Our S925 Sterling Silver does not turn green. Any temporary oxidation can be polished away easily.
11. How do I clean Moissanite jewellery?
Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Rinse well and dry with a lint-free cloth. Your stone will sparkle like new.

13. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer 7–14 days (customizable) returns or exchanges on unworn items in original condition. Custom-made or engraved pieces may not be eligible.

Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, stone fall-out (non-accidental), and plating issues.
