What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or engraved jewellery • Final sale or discounted items • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are available within 14 days for items of equal or higher value. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your exchange and send the new item out.

Do I have to pay return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
How long does the return process take?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. However, you may return your order once delivered. Please see our Returns & Exchanges section for details.
