How do I keep my jewellery looking its best?
To maintain your jewellery’s shine and appearance:
• Store pieces in a dry, airy place to prevent tarnishing, especially in humid environments.
• Clean your jewellery weekly to keep it looking its absolute best.
Proper care ensures your pieces stay beautiful for years.

How do I clean my jewellery?
Each order includes a 100% cotton polishing cloth treated with an anti-tarnish agent.
To clean your jewellery:
• Gently buff solid gold, gold vermeil, or sterling silver pieces until marks disappear.
• Avoid using the cloth on oxidized silver, pearls, or delicate/soft gemstones.
Important:
• Do not wash the polishing cloth — it will lose effectiveness.
• Wash hands after use and keep the cloth away from children.

What is not covered under your warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
• Lost or stolen items
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, bent rings, stretched chains)
• Damage from improper use, chemicals, or poor storage
• Repairs or modifications done by third parties outside OneTen Jewels

Yes, we offer repairs for most jewellery pieces.
• If your item is under warranty, eligible repairs are free of charge.
• For items outside warranty, we will provide a quote based on the service required.
